Do I need special equipment?+
No. Any iPad or Android tablet with a browser works. We show you how to lock it to the check-in screen.
Can I bring my clients from my current system?+
Yes. Export your client list from Square, Vagaro, Fresha, another loyalty app or a spreadsheet, and import it in a few minutes, points and visits included. Or send us the file and we'll do it for you during setup.
How long does setup take?+
About 15 minutes: add your logo and reward, then scan a code with the tablet. Texting takes a few extra days while your number is registered with the phone carriers.
Is my clients' information safe?+
Client details are only visible to your account, sent over encrypted connections, and backed up every night. We never sell or share your clients' information.
Will my clients get spammed?+
No. Clients only get offer texts if they tick the box themselves, and anyone can reply STOP to opt out instantly.
What counts as one text?+
One message to one client. A promotion sent to 200 clients uses 200 texts. Very long messages, or ones with emoji, can count as 2.
Is there a contract?+
No. Pay monthly and cancel anytime. Paying yearly gets you 2 months free.
